QuickToLake Trial Agreement

Effective June 26, 2026

This Trial Agreement governs any 14-day trial offered by QuickToLake LLC for the QuickToLake software-as-a-service platform. It supplements the QuickToLake Customer Agreement and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this Trial Agreement and other QuickToLake terms for trial eligibility or trial use, this Trial Agreement controls for the trial.

The 14-day trial is available only once for first-time QuickToLake customers and only once per QuickBooks Online company/realm ID. QuickToLake may deny, revoke, or end trial access if it determines that a customer, user, organization, or QuickBooks Online company/realm ID has already used a QuickToLake trial or is attempting to avoid trial limits.

Trial access applies to the first QuickBooks Online company/realm ID connected for the trial. Trial access may not be transferred, restarted, extended, or renewed by disconnecting, reconnecting, or switching to a different QuickBooks Online company/realm ID during the trial.

If you start a trial, billing begins after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The subscription plan, billing period, price, company-slot rules, and cancellation terms are presented during checkout and governed by the QuickToLake Customer Agreement.

You may cancel during the trial from the QuickToLake dashboard. If cancellation is completed before the trial ends, renewal billing will not begin for that trial subscription. Cancelling a trial does not reset or restore trial eligibility for the customer or the connected QuickBooks Online company/realm ID.

During the trial, QuickToLake may create customer account records, QuickBooks connection records, sync configuration, storage access, logs, audit records, and other operational records needed to provide and secure the Service. If the trial ends without a paid subscription, QuickToLake may disable sync and access while retaining records as described in the QuickToLake Customer Agreement and Privacy Policy.

QuickToLake may modify, suspend, or discontinue trial offers at any time. Trial availability, trial length, eligibility rules, and supported features may vary by plan, customer, jurisdiction, connected service, or promotional offer.
